It's more like where you have incompetent staff, the more you can expect mistakes.

This thread is case in point. It just seems some never learn from their mistakes. So counter productive not learning from those recurring mistakes
If a staff member never learns from their mistakes they get warnings and are eventually removed from the business. Of course the threads you see will be for poor support/performance, people complain on forums it's not a place where people seek to give praise. These challenges are very normal in every business, and the point is to try and correct them as best as possible.
 
In all honesty, anytime I have to log a ticket via the coolzone I ensure I take enough valium.

Actually, the threads most see are very much interspersed with praise (usually from the same people) alongside the complaints.

Challenges are indeed normal for most businesses that are new to the game. However one would think that through the meaningless awards and recognition as a business one would have all these kinks ironed out and processes more thoroughly defined as opposed to the continual learning from 'mistakes'.

You have yet to give any sort of indication how people without access to you through this medium get their issues timeously resolved while your staff are learning from their neverending mistakes.

Going on all the same ol' same ol' type of complaints....You guys must have quite the staff turnover :D

I fully agree with you the first interception was handled poorly, and that particular staff member has been reprimanded as this isnt the first report.

Once Gumani picked it up he has been chasing SADV, their escalations procedure is quite complicated and we cant take an issue much further unless we have followed an attempted escalation via their matrix first.

Is the Greenstone Hill address not listed on your profile on coolzone perhaps?

Well, my line is completely down again with nothing that I can do.
I swear, with the amount of money I spent on Rain, I might as well have switched to 5G
