On Tuesday at 19h28 I wrote to [email protected] to report that the DSL (web)Mail interface is logging me out of my mail within 5 minutes of having logged on, both from work and from home, over and over. I did not receive the usual automated response with the ticket number from Afrihost; so on Wednesday morning I telephoned to report both, the initial problem and the fact that I don't get a ticket number upon writing to [email protected] --I spoke with Eric who gave me a ticket number of his own for both the above issues. His ETA was for yesterday evening and the situation did improve; but this morning the DSL (web)Mail interface is logging me out of my mail again; the problem is less bad but it's still there and I have no feedback from Eric yet; everything was working fine for quite a while; now who's changed the timeout for the DSL (web)Mail interface??
