Zapiro cartoon fury

I don't have much problem with the cartoon, it is a little over the top, but maybe he should have at least waited until Zuma actually pardons them before publishing the cartoon??

Now that Zuma's decision has been pre-empted he has nothing to worry about.

I think it's his intention to give it more exposure with the hopes that AIDS shower boy Zuma gives it a little more thought and hopefully embarrass him enough to decide against a pardon for both scumbags.

The ANC don't need special pardons anyway, just look at Tony Yengeni and Shabby Shaik, they were released from prison without special pardons, just the usual underhanded dealing.

It is going to happen regardless. Maybe not Prime Evil but the slimy one is going to walk free.

Well it's too late then, you won't see it being reversed. I agree that he's probably trying to stop Zuma from doing it in the first place.

It gives him a sort of incentive in that he can prove everybody wrong.
 
If Zapiro thinks he can influence Zuma he's a bigger dimwit than I gave him credit for :o

Guess we needed it during apartheid era huh?

This forum to me just goes to show how much hatred white people still have against black people. The amount of hate comments on this forum against anything that involves black people is sickening.

Its a FACT there's still a lot of racist whites in SA, wonder why you are so quick to defend yourselves when being accused of being rascist when in actual fact you know that you cant stand black people.

But not all white people are like this to be honest, just a few rotten apples most of them being on this forum.

Not sure how you arrived at the idea BBSA's post was racist?

Are the Brit's that complain about their politicians also racist?

The ANC's Alec Erwin got loads of flack on this forum when he made a d00s of himself suggesting sabotage took down one of the two units at Koeberg - he's white, in case you didn't notice.

I came to that conclusion with regards to comments being made BEE etc

I didn't see white people jumping up and down being hysterical and all when ANC government decided to pardon thousand of apartheid supporters when the ANC government took over.

Mind you we are talking about people who actually killed people here!
 
If he is doing it to "influence" Zuma, then he is no longer a political satirist, but has become a political lobby. Am I the only person that sees that?

Didn't see anything about BEE in BBSA's post you quoted.

If BBSA is against all discrimination, including BEE/AA etc., that does not make him racist.

I'm not sure what race each of the forum members are, but most seem to be against the pardon of the both scumbags, the brown fraudster and the white murderer, so I don't see how you see fit to pull the race card on this one.

The presidential pardon system just does not make sense to me. We do have an appeal court, or not?

My honest opinion, should the pardons be granted, the 3 of them are basically screwing the justice system, as depicted in the picture. It has nothing to do with someone being a rapist, racists, etc.

He's always been a "political lobbyist". There's not an ounce of objectivity in him.

Do you recall any cartoon by him of Mandela's endorsement of Zuma? Nope
 
How did race creep into this again? It's about corruption and the abuse of power, sweet f*all about race.

You sure ? I think its more about Shaik than it is about Basson.If Shaik dies tomorrow (he is sick of course :D) i bet you the white protest against Basson will fade.
