It's easy.
Did they do something good? Yes.
Did they steal/misappropriate/lose taxpayer's money in the process? No.

Why would any sane person care further that Zille has some connections and were able to borrow the tablets for her son to use?

I doubt it. But I guess we'll have to wait to see if an ANC politician ever uses their influence to help some poor students get better prepared for their exams. Because that's pretty much the worst Helen Zille can be accused of here. And I really don't like her, so I'd be happy to sling some mud if there were any.
