EXACT implies minus evaluates to positive. Yet One gains financial benefit, the other even has to pay his own petrol money?

Understand now why math is so important and why the country is failing? Perhaps ask some matrics (metrics) in Khayelitsha to explain if this is unclear.

I disagree, her 'must investigate' list most probably extends into the next century, thus she must use discretion and apply her resources to the most serious matters first. This is clearly an abuse of her office. She is failing in her duties.

I remember Helen Zille walking into a school and climbing into the classroom from and outside window, and then asking to see the head of the school to ask where are all the money that was spent to supposedly install fencing and burglar bars to protect the kids in the school, because there wasn't anyone.

She has always done a great job, which is why the DA has been such a success. She was one of the DA greats, not the current useless bunch whose melodrama is sinking the party.
 
It's pretty simple. If the police only have enough resources to either hunt around for hippies smoking a bit of cannabis or go after a gang of rapists and murderers they should be spending their resources on the latter. It really doesn't matter if both are illegal activities.

I can't imagine where you'd move to avoid melodrama between politicians. Maybe New Zealand. The country does have a reputation for being a bit less exciting than being in a coma.
