If she has limited resources part of her job would be prioritising cases. That means going after the big fish. She should have found out quite quickly that no public funds were stolen, no tenders were issued to connected business, no-one was given a cushy job and she should have moved on. Put it on the bottom and get back to it when the serious work is done. If this is the most serious case she has to investigate then everyone can rejoice, because the worst corruption in the country is a politician potentially using her influence to assist a family member in getting access to available resources to improve the education of some poor children. Not only that, but he apparently actually delivered the services promised, didn't run off with the tablets and actually returned them in working order.

The complaint was lodged 3 yrs after the 'incident' by none other than the anc opposition guy vying for the wc premiere position. Everybody was aware of it at the time yet nobody bothered to even mention it.

He lodged a complaint with the pp, zille presented her side which basically addressed all the pps questions invalidating the actual complaint. The pp then went back to the complainant presenting the facts to the person. Based on the evidence presented the pp then asked the complainant if they would like to amend their complaint which they did... now at this point already the pp should have found in favour of zille and the complainant should have lodged a new complaint. The pp did not refer back to zille once the complaint was amended. It looks like the pp & complainant were in cahoots, not saying they were but it can appear so. Based on her history it has also been suggested that she is not impartial.

I am going to let this one slide due to the fact that she klapped Fikile aswell because in the grand scheme his benefit was also small so swings and round abouts I guess.

Our politicle landscape is minefield of misinformation. Anyway it doesnt matter the perception of these things is what causes the most damage.

The perceptions are fabricated conveniently for political reasons. If you spend 5 min on that hellhole called twitter & facebook you would get the impression that she awarded her son a tender for tablets and they paid him big bucks for teaching kids.

Ha ha I did spend a bit off time this morning reading some tweets and yip thats how it panned out I started replying and gave up.
