The Supreme Court of Appeal hands down judgment in Bloemfontein tomorow in an appeal lodged by the National Director of Public Prosecutions.

The NDPP is appealing against the September 2008 ruling by Pietermaritzburg High Court Judge Chris Nicholson which effectively halted the prosecution of ruling party leader Jacob Zuma.

Wonder how this one is going to turn out?

The education system is most certainly failing us if this abuse of the English language slipped past the editor - shocking journalism...

The education system failed as quite awhile ago unfortunately.

Sheet, those mistakes even a simple Spell Checker could have caught.

This will go infavour of Zuma. He was officially elected as the presidential cadidate of the ANC on Saturday so they will stay clear of prosecuting him. Yet again, a court will decide 2 days after a ANC gathering they fate of Shower Boy so I think this will go in favour of him other wise the justice system is in for a serious beating from the ANC...

A judjement in Bloemfontein or Transvaal is lkely to go against Zuma whereas a judgement in Natal or Cape is more than likely to favour Zuma. It all boils down to who is judge president in the province.
It seems like the judges are also in on it.
The Hlophe saga(Cape judge Pres), the search and seisure case are proof of that

Bloemfontein is ANC controlled and Cape Town is DA controlled, so I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion.

The chances that Zuma will get the better of the situation is very good, but I hope not. Hopefully for once there will be justice.

The Supreme Court of Appeal is based in Bloemfontein and only in Bloemfontein.
