I think it's T-Bones fault we're in this predicament to begin with. Had he not stood as a candidate against Zoomer at Polokwane, we may very well have had a genuine alternative to lead the country after the next election... T-Bone's arrogance and stubborness caused this country great harm.

I am sure that you are well right there.

But T-bone should have been removed by a parliamentary process, or he should have finished his term. It was his mug on the ballot. Instead the cabal that heads the ANC made a decision. Not even the ordinary members of the ANC were consulted as what to do with Mbeki.

T-bone would never have lead the country anyway, irrespective of what happened at Polokwane. There is a two term limitation in SA. What parties do is entirely up to themselves, they can appoint their own members as lead for life. And the concept of a leader of a party not being the president isn't strange. Lots of places do, and lots of places don't.
 
Is Zuma a racist and against BEE, coz he only had R11 million's worth of white layers?

By the looks of things Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka would have been our next president with Mbeki pulling the strings from Luthuli house.
Why else would Bulelani Ngcuka (Phumzile's husband) meddle in the Zuma prosecution when he was no longer head of the NPA?
One has to wonder why one would want to hang on to power (or quasi-power) even after their term in office had expired.
Could it be that there is lot of dirt to be uncovered by the incoming president?
 
Zuma knows all the big guys that were also involved in the arms deal. Those tapes were just glimpse of what he knows about the whole sagga. He has them by them balls. They can't touch him or else he'll spill the beans.

Michael Hulley (Zuma's attorney ) is not white. He is from Wentworth, an impoverished coloured area in the south of the Bluff in DBN.

Yep, T-bone wanted to play puppet master. Now we have the Chinese and the NEC doing that.

I am fairly sure that I have mentioned that Zumatello got off because he is stupid. If he was bright he would make waves for the people trying to run things from behind the scenes.

Politicians don't just make promises to ordinary people. They engage with other world leaders as well.

And let me tell you that the rest of the world is not going to be as easily placated by pathetic bleats about "misunderstanding the context" if Zuma f'cks up on the international stage.

Possibly because one has no confidence in the replacement (and quite understandably so...).

I'm sure Mbeki is/was at least as crooked as Zuma, but that's not an argument for a Zuma presidency. That's an argument against the ANC as a whole.

I suspect RS452 was controlling the NPA from outside just as Mbeki would have controlled government through Mlambo-RS452.
