'Zuma Will Be Next President'

Something called return-on-equity. Basically the returns on the money you put into a company.

Remember that investors (fund managers and traders) really invest in companies within countries and not the countries themselves.

And South African companies have been and will continue to coin it, and offering great returns to investors.

The only time there will be an exodus of foreign companies is if Zuma adopts a policy of nationalisation or tightens our labour policy (which makes labour more rigid).

However, remember that Zuma has been at pains to inform the general public that his economic policies would not differ from that of Mbeki (Remember his recent meeting with black business), that means a democratic and capitalistic state.

Furthermore, investors from the chinese front are already lining up to pour more cash in SA. Recall that the chinese have just poured billions in SBSA, they did not do that without consideration of long-term political developments!!!!!!!!!

The foreign investors will leave if Zuma becomes president story is a bogey, the truth is that foreign investors will leave if Zuma enacts legislation or policies that impinge on their ability to gain profit, and it does not seem to be the case.

Lastly, I am not a Zuma fan, just a realist.

Well, the South African financial sector, construction sector

Them little yellow fellows not stupid. Africa is easy pickings. Perhaps we had better all brush up on our Chinese. The locals are no match for these guys.;)

Jacob Zuma's a liar, says ANC's Lekota

Jacob Zuma's a liar, says ANC's Lekota

Lekota said it was Zuma who first suggested he be fired from his position as deputy president of the country after his financial adviser Schabir Shaik was found guilty of fraud and corruption

"They briefed us, and in that briefing they said the president had suggested that perhaps the deputy president should resign. But comrade Zuma prevailed on the president by saying, 'Rather you dismiss me, because if I resign it might suggest that I'm admitting guilt, when I'm not'," Lekota is quoted as saying.

He goes on to say that Zuma was confronted when, a week after he was dismissed, he alleged that his firing was the work of a political conspiracy.

"We asked him who are the people who hatched the conspiracy (but) he has never told us to this day," Lekota said.

Aha!

Now the truth emerges.
The Public in general, me included, were thinking that The ANC themselves wanted Zuma out of the way by firing him.
Seems Zuma asked to be fired and is using his "dismissal" as a means to further his political career.

Thanks Mr Lekota for clearing that up.
