Zyxel VMG3625-T20A QOS Queue setup and Classification Setup tab disappear

I want to setup QOS on my Zyxel VMG3625-T20A but when I click on QOS it loads a new page I can see all of the tabs that I need, after its done loading the 2 tabs simply disappear. I attached screenshots of this

My Zyxel works fine. That said MTN Supersonic had Certificates that disabled the UI and stuff. Have a look here. Maybe you should delete any if you see them there. Also you are using it on the WAN port right and not with ADSL/VDSL because not sure maybe they aren't available on ADSL/VDSL.

Who supplied your router? Supersonic supplied mine and @Nology the distributer added certificates for Supersonic to remotely change settings on the router and to disable the UI. So I deleted all of them even under trusted certs. I have nothing there and now my router is Open for me to set as I wish.

I think they are safe to delete. If anything happens you are just a reset button away from restoring the cert anyways as they are embedded in the firmware.

Yes delete all. There must be no Certificates. Then restart and check the QoS settings again and see if they work.
