As to the above issue...

Come on guys, it's in your own article:

The proclamation, which can be found here, states that:

No person shall operate a minibus or midibus, the date of first registration of which is after a date calculated as six months after the date of publication of these regulations in the Gazette, on a public road for a minibus taxi-type service unless-

(a) the standard colour of the vehicle is white; and
(b) stickers depicting the South African national flag are displayed on the vehicle in accordance with sub-regulation.

In An 011 number may soon not come from Johannesburg, the following is incorrect:
- ABC is 362, which represnts Hatfield. (bullet list 1)
- ICASA found that, with the exception of Telkom, there is broad consensus on the inclusion of non-geographic numbers for portability.(paragraph 14)

They should read:
- ABC is 362, which represents Hatfield.
- ICASA found that there is a broad consensus among operators, excluding Telkom, regarding the inclusion of non-geographic numbers for portability.

It seems like the team at myBB need a list of telco operators by country. Your roaming bill shock article is poorly researched.

Thousand Millions = Billions so it is not incorrect, though a little clumsy.

“The company contended that it was obliged to cancel all private use as a result of economic necessity. This boiled down to shareholders being unhappy with a profit of R6,469 million and would prefer R6,544 million.”

Those millions should be billions Dr Evil, this ain't the 60s anymore...

Still faulty I see. Either remove the comma or change to billions.
