I have been having a LOT of trouble with this software that Nedbank, Standard bank et al are recommending people download and install.
It's some security anti-key logging type software and loads services and drivers at startup that run all the time unbeknown to the user.
I have had 4 pc's with problems in the last 2 weeks alone. All XP SP3 boxes but at different clients in different locations with different hardware and apps. I first thought Roxio may be conflicting with it as the 1st two had that in common - but it isn't that.
One messed up the usb ports so the keyboard didn't even work, two others simply crashed every few +/- 3hrs hours with apps complaining of missing files and unregistered dll's. Funny enough a reboot would cure them again for another few hours. Another had who knows what wrong with it’s network adaptor, both wireless & LAN could connect to nothing.
Removing Rapport fixed the problem each time.
Anyone else had a problem with this software?
