LG Optimus One: Availability and pricing details

you mentioned pricing in the heading, yet I didnt see any price in the story. did I miss it somewhere?

You rate? Under R3k is pretty good for a full-blown smartphone running Android 2.2, I'd say. Pity about the ARMv6 processor, though.

I've had the privilege of playing with it for a few days now and it's a pretty solid device. Expect a review in the next couple of days.
 
When did it become necessary to announce the launch of 2 year old hardware?

But I really wish these guys would talk to each other before launching a device only to become available in November: "We will announce pricing closer to launch date," Kennedy said.
 
I was looking at getting the HTC Wildfire, but this blows it out of the water! I just hope it will be freely available by 16 November.
