In times such as these it's a waste of effort and money in general. It does not do anything, it does not fund anything, it does not add to anything and it does not help anyone. In other words: Business is being made doing something completely pointless to humanity.

From a security point of view it is good practice to change the look of the bank notes on a regular basis anyway. Makes life a bit more difficult for forgers.

He is just being honest.
As a black South African he can't relate to Van Riebeeck - fair statement.
And as someone who has never seen a rhino or been exposed to or been interested in wild animals he can't relate to that either - fair statement.
Not dumb at all.
