Issues all the time. I would leave if it wasn't for the RedAfrica v1 package.
 
Speed: Currently struggling to get 40Kb/s on 384K line...
Latency: Good
Support: Great
Value for money: OK (besides the RA special account which is a bargain)
Overall: Happy with the 30GB/100GB red Africa special, but their network seems to be suffering from gremlins lately! Hope you can get that fixed soon!
 
Very few issues, great support the few times that I've needed it.
Short of lowering their pricing, I can't find fault. Which I guess is what makes it worthwhile :wtf:

Their customer service sucks bad, I had an item in a trolley which I didn't pay for yet, like keeping it in the basket and exiting the page. A few days later on months end I'm being charged for something I didn't even use? That was like WTF??!

One of the lucky few that got a 30Gb account for R199.00. Now also with the added 100Gb after hours

This vote needs to reflect who has RA accounts. It is so cheap it is skewing the result.

Value for money: Great but would like them to release more capped account like WA Redhat account.
Overall: very happy. Would recommend.

Redafrica account, everything excellent. Would like to see some price drop on other packages without compromising current services if possible.

WebAfrica sold me a 30GB account for R199.00 a month a few years back. (RedAfrica). It was a special promotion for 100 MyBB members. My kids use the account primarily for gaming cos WA have their own servers and support Steam. Its a great account and if I need to Dl after midnight I get access to another 100 gigs. Rockin'!!!

Performance (speed and latency) = No problems. runs full speed.
support = Great!
value for money = Can't argue with the price I pay.
overall satisfaction = very satisfied
Improvement = keep growing your network to rival that of Mweb!

Speed:nzbs full speed but streaming and http frustratingly inconsistent
Latency:excellent
Price:excellent as I have the Redafrica acc
Support:always good and diligent in following up
Personally this account does not perform as well as my Afrihost and Telkom accounts as it is so inconsistent
If it were not for the price I would have cancelled by now.I would like to see more consistency on their network Ito performance delivery.

Redafrica Account.

Speed: Mostly good.
Latency: Good to terrible, intermittent.
Support: Good, it's a pity they can't fully resolve my issues.
Value for money: Great! Can't get 130 gigs anywhere else at this price.
Overall: Mixed bag; Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Don't think I'd go for the standard accounts. Can get unshaped data elsewhere, for less. In fact, I have to use a different ISP for my gaming during the week as it is.
