So happy with plugg, eww to mwebs oversubscribed greed festival.

Every uncapped package ever launched in SA rocked for the first few months 'cause there's only a few subscribers sharing Gigabits of wonderful bandwidth. We'll see if the smiles are still there in March/April.

Plugg's been around for quite a while now and they are part of IS

They've actually already shown a small decline over the past month or so, nothing major but noticeable.

A product of Internet Solution's, PLuGG is the ISP for you, whether you're a newbie or an expert.

Hardly new. And with all that Afrihost and Axxess capacity freed up ... feel free to stay with them or Mweb. I get 10 Mbps 24x7 thank you very much.

:D

Oh and no calendar month notice. Oh and two concurrent connections.

I'll take the punishment while it lasts :( /sulk :p ;)

I get close to 6mbps from nzbs on 4mbpa Mweb and Mweb have been pretty stable. Its going to take a lot to convince me any IS provider is consistently better.

Anyway, hopefully some bandwidth hungry mweb subscribers move over to Plugg since this thread, Ta! ;)

For now, but what happens after the honeymoon period ?

I do not think there is really a honeymoon period with Plugg, seeing that they have been around for a couple of years without doing any sort of marketing. I believe IS is playing a very interesting game here without really competing against their own resellers.

We all have our favourite DSL Provider and at the end of the day, you should use the one that provides you with the service you require. If you feel that you are wasting your money then shop around.

But still no calendar month notice like Mweb and two concurrent connections vs one like Mweb.

Lol. For now.

However it seems odd that you want to instantly change ISPs so much are you confused with what you need ?
