Do you believe in Cell C?

Cell C said it has grown its network by 100 base stations a month, and captured 2 million new customers over the last year

Very possible BUT.....

Service has definitely taken a dive over the past couple of months. Last week the signal was so p****s poor that I eventually ended up breaking my phone out of frustration. As said, I'll 'believe' in them up to end Nov. If no improvement then all 8 [sorry, 7] phones are back to Vodacom.

Well,well,well...you are about to have 1 999 999 customers if the network issues are not sorted out by the end of the month...believe you me.

I noticed improvement recently, it works for me.

Today has been the first time in two days that my Cell C Data service is working at my office, the way it's suppose to.

Most days the connection drops every 15 minutes or so, or, there is full signal and simply no data throughput.

Usually works perfectly fine at 8AM - 9AM. From there the service gradually gets worse and worse.

Not really, they have lots of room to improve so lets hope they do.

Wow, you broke you phone :D. If i may ask, what phone was it?

my cell c reception has been fairly good for the most part. Recently however, I am getting more and more dropped call.

It's damn frustrating.

At the heart of the Cell C Believe campaign lies R2 million worth of prizes. Every week, from now until the end of January 2014, Cell C will be giving one customer R100,000.

I hope that R100,000.00 is in cash and not airtime :erm:

In PE, its been great for me, although some times slower than usual. in EL, just crap!!

I didn't know that there was a question of faith in the existence of Cell C. If I don't believe in them, who deducted R360 from my account this month?

Desire HD. Not sure if it can be fixed, screen still in one piece but something behind it has given way as the screen and body sort of move in different directions. Also no longer switching on.

Not a big loss, has served me well for past [almost] three years. New Xperia Z1's on the way.

Could you not be piggy-backing on a Vodacom tower? If so Knott Craig Snr alluded between the lines that Vodacom was hindering their service.

It's pretty hard not to believe in Cell C, they physically exist, so you can't argue their non-existence.

There's definitely a new base station in Bassonia/Glenvista now, whereas before I had to roam on Vodacom to get signal.

So yes, I do believe they have added a few more base stations.

+1

Worst case is if there is an expiry date on that R100 000 airtime (should it be airtime) :wtf:

Is there other ways of entering besides making phone calls every day?

no, not ever, their customer service is pathetic at best!
