While I get that he can't really answer to Telkom's lines and he certainly doesn't have the facts about every case to make a proper statement, I'm disappointed that he fails to see that the QUALITY of their product has gone down the toilet. For whatever reason that may be, they [MWeb] are still selling ADSL based internet access as a product and I seem to get the feeling that it's not really viewed as a problem since hey, other ISP's have it too.
Should we just all shrug our shoulders and point the finger at the other guy saying, hey, he has it bad too and therefore we should accept that things are bad? What's the point of even commenting if that's your stance, as in reality your just saying all your customers are screwed but that's ok, because everyone else's customers are screwed too...
That's a sadly mediocre way of doing things, if you ask me. So, Derek, if all the other ISP's were to jump off a cliff, would you do it too?
