AXXESS CellC not working as advertised?

Although the status on the Axxess Website still reflect a 'Moderate Issue' I am experiencing a 'Severe Issue' as I struggle to do my normal work every evening due to this issue.

This issue seem to be congestion related. 2 days in a row the system worked perfectly from around 23:00, only to be buggered up again during the day and high usage time in the evening.. Where is the bottleneck? Seems we have to take turns to get connected, it explains why a stream will keep going but new click commands only get a connection after a few tries.

Axxess, Please provide usable feedback and change Status to "HIGH impact'' as any issue not resolved in 48 hours should receive serious priority.

When searching for a ISP, would I have signed on if AXXESS had a constant issue reflecting on their website?

Come guys, get this right.

Any ideas from anyone?

Had the same issues since the beginning. More the a week now. Nothing has changed. I would like to know if anyone has not had issues. Cannot browse the web without refreshing pages a few times
 
You right Kenny. Where do we go from here? I need to use my cell phone to post and read up on what happening on this issue.
 
My connection is also extremely slow. I never experienced such slow internet in my life.

I'm considering cancelling my month-to-month contract if this continue.
 
It's absolutely terrible.
What do you think of the Rain Network via Vox or other provider.
Who's the best?
 
I also have RAIN through Afrihost, I still regard them as the best ISP. I just 'downgraded' it and can bump it up again when I see this hopeless situation is really going nowhere. I am just way outside the reach of the nearest tower and got only 7mbps with external antenna, but, it never went down! It is at work currently @28mbps, works great there!
 
96 hours of pure useless service from Axxess and CellC with status light on website still 'Medium Impact'. Idiots!
 
I sent a request to cancel my axxess account after being mistakingly billed on my dormant account, basically they said I don't need to worry anymore since I don't have a service I don't need to worry about cancelling.:wtf:
 
horrible service form axxess and cellc, no service whole day on network, and jsut 2 meters from the router i got a stupid redmi2 pro with cellc 4g 1000% working prepaid data.

i downgraded both (no)Axxess acccount form 200gb each to 50gb, cacneling the one month end, till adsl is back, and wont use axxxes ever again,
shuld have stuck with rsaweb in the first place

ps: axxess worse than telkom now with telephonic support, 30minute and no answer? f that
