Question of the Day: Have you ever been to an airshow?
This is so wrong in so many ways. You can imagine how daftly corrupt this relationship will be especially with regards to deals to and from Telkom customers. Whoever this existing operator is will have serious flack from the competition commission. If there are no complaints I will be very surprised, but this smells like all kinds of wrong to me.

Use Cell C's network, since they have so few customers, they should have tons of "spare capacity"
