My iPhone wont switch on!

Ok it was warning me about only 10% battery left then turned off! Now iv been charging it for an hour or 2 but it wont come back on! Can someone help me here?

Hold both power and home button for atleast 40secs. Hopefully it will switch on.
If not just google how to put it into recovery mode think its something like hold power+home till it switches on then release power while holding home till it goes into recovery mode. Then plug into itunes everything should be fine if not restore your firmware

Here's a work around...
Install Fring(its free), get a gmail/google talk account if you dont have one yet. Use fring add google talk service, log in with your google talk username and password.

Now go back to your pc, add your mxit contacts like this [email protected] on your computer using the pc google talk client.

Go back to your phone and once they accept your invite they will show in fring they can also invite you using [email protected] on their mxit handset ;)

Sorry my instructions where not clear.

Step 1: Install FRING on your IPHONE
Step 2: Install google talk on your PC
Step 3: Create a google talk account on PC
Step 4: Add people on your pc using google talk.
Step 5: Open FRING on iPhone and add service google talk

Step 6: Start chattin
