Mobile phone users in central China could face jail for sending unwanted erotic text messages while in the north, one local Communist Party branch has held 480 meetings on the problem in the past month.
 
Stop treating your people like a colony of ants! Give them the freedom of choice like modern society demands.

I bet the Chinese government will be the first government to introduce conception control, where you have to apply to make a baby :rolleyes:

It sounds like harrasment to me, which will land you in trouble in most countries. I dont think its as unreasonable as other Chinese legislation.
