Yep. If it's serious and blatant enough, they'll stop and tear you to pieces. I've witnessed it once in eMalahleni.

Never seen that in our area but I know that taxis behave quite well as soon as they see JMPD vehicle parked/patrolling somewhere close by or if they know JMPD pointsmen are directing traffic.

I once saw SAPS pull a taxi over that was doing the usual driving on the wrong side of the road on Witkoppen near Porsche.

They proceeded to get everyone out of the taxi to search it, and I proceeded to lol a bit.

I do Love crime podcasts. He might be charming. I thing his mom abandoned him at a age that he can remember. He not has a hatred towarss woman and the reason he kills them.
They either look like his mom or all have a certain look or hair style that reminds him of his mom.
But agree he can probably turn on the charm.

Well not really Moses Sithole ABC killer had high functional intellect. Norman Afzal was highly calculated. The Wemmer pan killer showed cunning intellect by changing location weapons and modus operandi.

there is some killers that have very high IQ. I don't think the Kempton serial killer is one of them.

Ah thanks for the edit @konfab. Makes sense now. So we need to compare 2013 to 2019. Bukele ftw! Can he become el presidente uMzaansi?
