    Telkom UDP ports blocked?

    I'm currently using Telkom unrestricted apn and trying to open ports for UDP to no success. TCP ports open just fine but when I try to open UDP ports they seem to stay closed. Am I doing anything wrong here? Has any one else had any problems opening trying to UDP ports on Telkom unrestricted APN?
