My websites are still up? I assume that I'm on the old serve-hosting server.

Thank god I backed up recently...

Hi All,

At approximately 09:40 this morning, 24 January 2020, we experienced a major network incident.

This resulted in most customers' connectivity being severely degraded for a significant period of time.

Our engineers were immediately dispatched to our datacentre to address the issue. We have restored the majority of our services and are continuing our investigation into the incident.

We will provide further updates until all services have been fully restored.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
