OH SHYT U KNOW WHAT I JUST THOUGHT OF. THEY GONNA RESYC EVERYTHING BLINDLY. lol thats brilliant cos every one of the dsl users who have a 384 line downloading at 56kbps are going to download at 32 now lol.
you win some you lose 24kbps now I wonder if its going to happen with 512 and 1024 users as well ( getting the speed that they supposed to Hm….. )
