Realistically it should about R1700 - R2500 for the whole thing pre-painted no respect required.
Unless OP wants something else resprayed, then he needs to be more specific.

The interior looks like it's from a much older car, no steering controls, no electric windows in the back or electric mirrors. Surely a little 66kw Sandero with all of that at this price point would be a better option. I had a 1.6 Polo for many years, it's the laziest and noisiest 1.6 I've ever driven.

Eg2505 its a Sportier Vivo; no need for 10 Q's about it
It's looks better it's (old) age suggest but R200k...ouch
