Dont think anybody knows if DSTV will show it or not, have to wait and see.

Of course they do lol. One of the largest Winter Olympic countries (I mean they have the French Alps to play on), viewership in the tens of millions and they've hosted it 3 times. The next one will be in France too. :)

Probably.

I'm sure the Olympics will be on SS channels 205-210 like before. Maybe others as well. ESPN did confirm that will be the case.

Not unusual for tv schedules to only appear at the last minute on SS for big live sport events. :)

Smith, Burger to carry flag at opening ceremony

Cross-country skier Matthew Smith and skeleton athlete Nicole Burger have been selected to carry the South African flag at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, which gets under way on Friday, 6th February, at venues spread across the two Italian locations.

I hear you. Its a major global sporting event, seems strange they havent mentioned anything about it.
 
MyBroadband just posted that a DSTV spokesperson has indicated that there will be no coverage of the Olympics on DSTV.
 
Well.... ****.

Our only hope now is that the multichoice spokesperson didn't know what he was talking about lol. 😆 Or like I said, it shows up last minute like with other live sport in the past.
