I have been contacted by the call centre by a Bonolo @ ESOC with regards my one contract being cancelled without me requesting it. He said the was a request in September to have the contract cancelled, but I was actually just requesting the cost of a cancellation, and not a cancellation via the call centre. (This after trying to find out the cost at a TM store in centurion, which wasnt possible they told me to contact the call centre.) He said he would provide feedback to me the next day, ie Wednesday. He is yet to get back to me.
I dont mind the contract being cancelled as it was more of a backup sim and was only R50 a month and due to end early next year iirc. What im worried about is the cancellation fee that I will be charged. This would be more expensive than just letting the contract run out. Unless there is no cancellation or other fees due, then I guess it can be left as is.
But how will I be able to find this out before any costs gets pulled from my account.
In actual fact Im a bit scared to call the call centre again in case they cancel another contract.
