500 mb missing on prepaid

This is very worrying ... my lovely 2 GB of data that I bought just a few hours ago has now dropped to 1.49 GB

I downloaded about 30MB ... thats all.. and after I disconnected I checked my balance and now it says 1.49 GB data remaining...

MTNDD: I'll PM you the number of my pp MTN sim... please get the guys to look at it..

I spoke to our Network Performance Manager and he advised that the problem was fixed at 14:00 today and all the lines that were effected will be sorted out tonight
