500 mb missing on prepaid

This is very worrying ... my lovely 2 GB of data that I bought just a few hours ago has now dropped to 1.49 GB :eek: :(

I downloaded about 30MB ... thats all.. and after I disconnected I checked my balance and now it says 1.49 GB data remaining... :(

MTNDD: I'll PM you the number of my pp MTN sim... please get the guys to look at it..

I spoke to our Network Performance Manager and he advised that the problem was fixed at 14:00 today and all the lines that were effected will be sorted out tonight

Yes there is a slight delay as there are quite a few transactions that they are busy with please if you haven't been sorted out as yet they said by the latest tomorrow morning

My bundle has returned, my life is complete again. :D lol. Thanks MTNDD and Pitbull. ;)
 
Yip, same here. My data is back. Finally I can finish some of those paused downloads.
