5G standard package issue

Hello

I received my 5G router a week ago, everything was working fine and the Tower 0.27km away. Problem started Yesterday, when I run a speed test on my PC(using ethernet cable) I get 30/30 speed but with my phone, tablet or other devices connected via WiFi I struggle to load a page, viewing WhatsApp statuses, sending msgs etc.

if anyone has experience this before please help.
