Been running at +1Mb/s upload for a while now. 
Got this earlier today at OR Tambo.
Download Speed: 2928 kbps (366 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1099 kbps (137.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Obviously not on ADSL though.....

Thank you thank you thank you Telkom... what with port shaping & congestion so horrendous in the day, I'll probably get faster uploads than I do downloads.
