Hi all.
Been using 8ta for some time and it is awesome. Being a gamer I do use up a lot of megs, I have my home page set as the 8ta onnet.... as I use my 8ta modem in a router. All works just fine. Either I am doing something wrong or...
the system has a bug somewhere regarding checking of balances.
I have over the past year since it became available bought a few 60+60 gig promo bundles, and then the 2+1 promo's
what i do is check my data balance and date everytime before i start a gaming session. I use to be able to see even after the bundle was depleted what the expiry date and the night time gigs available where, but now...
When my normal day time gig depletes i cant even connect to what is stated as a zero rated website to see what i have on night time as well as when the bundle expiry date is. All that happens is that the browser loads the
page for ever, finally returning an error.
I do use many sim cards trying to keep in bundle rate all the time. Is there a way other than phoning the help desk
and asking them to check for me to check the expiry dates.
Thanks
