8TA double billing? 20 Jan 2012

How anyone else recieved a new 8TA bill this morning that is just double the amount of your bill as sent out earlier this month or is it just me?

My 2 contract accounts that I received yesterday were OK.

Le sigh...

Its for Internet 5 Promo. Invoice from 8 Jan is as to be expected, Sim connection fee + pro rata december use for when I signed up + January full 10GB use. Now 20 Jan invoice with same invoice number is exactly the same overall but the total due is suddenly exactly double down to the last cent.

Guess I'll have to go into the shop later...
 
I was debited twice for the pro-rata amount. First month but 2 different reference numbers (last 3 digits differ)... I did however specify that my account be debited on the 15th and not the 20th :? - will wait till the invoice comes... Or will call the call centre when i have time...
