8ta Registered me for 2 Subscriptions! OMG!!!

I applied for one and got registered for 2. I have only 1 Sim card and I had no idea I was registered with 2 Sims until I phoned and by chance asked them how many accounts I am associated with.
So I blocked the other Sim card and I am going to get it canceled tomorrow. It is within 7 days and it was not my fault at all. I just want to confirm that I won't be charged for anything. Do any of you have any experience cancelling accounts?

I will not be able to confirm if we are getting the HTC Sensation. We are busy testing the Samsung Galaxy II, but no launch dates were disclosed yet.

8ta: All the other operators seem to be either ignoring the HTC (Sensation, EVO 3D) and Samsung Galaxy SII phones or to daft to realise that these could bring them a lot of customers. If you can give us a contract that provides some decent data bundled with these phones at a competitive price (and by competitive I mean kick the bollocks off the Apple deals) I will sign up today. As for testing the Galaxy S2...what needs testing?

I am unfortunately not allowed to give committed launch dates for these new devices.
The competition might read this thread and counter all the launches we have planned for the next month or two.
:)
