I'm about to cancel my pathetic iburst speed of max 0.7Mbps.
You can't even watch decent streaming with that.
And from the pages upon pages of complaints here from others, i doubt it will get better soon.
So now I'm interested in the 8ta 10gb for R199 contract.
However, this thread has me a bit nervous...
So too this review...
First it was glowing report...,

Then it all went pear shaped

This is a two year contract, and i certainly don't want to be locked into a contract that does not deliver.
I email the sales peoples, and one of them suggested i get the R149 prepaid bundle to test it...
however, as this review shows, speeds can drastically reduce over time, maybe it's because as more people signup, the infrastructure get overloaded? Does the consumer protection act allow me to get out of the contract if my speed drop significantly? To a point where i can no longer stream videos - this is the main reason I'm leaving iburst.
I believe if you cancel a contract, the supplier is entitled to a nominal fee? What would this nominal fee be for 8ta cancellation?
