A week with Apple ...

I saw it mentioned on the Apple forums, so thought it might be of use, I don't use WA notifications on my Watch.
I actually wasn't aware that Whatsapp calling doesn't send notifications on AW until just now, but I tested it and confirmed that it doesn't. It doesn't really matter as we generally use Facetime instead.

I don’t know if there is some sort of technical hurdle that prevents this, but to me it’s very strange and unfortunate. As I say I miss a lot of whatsapp call because of this. Normal notifications work fine though.

Seems that another app that works better on Android is FNB, specifically copy & paste which the iPhone cannot do?

When buying prepaid power it asks for a meter number *if* you don't buy the same as last purchase. In other words as you scroll the wheel the meter number disappears and needs to be added manually again ...

So 22Seven, Snapseed, MyBroadband, Shelly and FNB offer more functionality on Android. Whatsapp seems the same functionality - but the layout of the app is really sh*tty

You can't copy from the FNB app but you can paste

Another thing I've noticed is that while apps are faster on the A15, many the same speed or slower.

YouTube and Amazon Alexa open faster on my 2018 Huawei

Maybe there is something wrong with my iPhone? Didn't you tell me this is the most powerful processor known to mankind?

With the best apps ever designed for a mobile device?
Must be someone else, I own a Iphone just because it works and give me the least hassles. I don't care if something is half a second faster, or about image or anything else.
But I do know some games run faster on AMD and some faster on Intel/Nvidia. That's life, some optimize things better for one platform than the other.
A Lada Niva is faster offroad than my Lamborghini, must I swop?

PS And I for one don't believe this whole I switched to Apple, I would not be surprised if this is just another big elaborate Apple trolling exhibition. Soon we will see the Why I moved back to Android thread.

I've offered to exchange your iPhone with a fast charging Android, then you could stop weeping and wailing like Thor's dumber cousin about iOS and iPhone ...

Weeping and wailing?
What?

Am I not allowed to ask why things are slower or not as I've been told? Is there a code that I've missed that prevents one discussing?

Sheesh.

No worries though. I'll Google how to do things if you're unable to hear anything objective

So I buy iPhone , and then buy Android just to prove as point? That's really what you think?

Whew ... you Apple people are a bit looney;) That's a seriously wild accusation

'How dare say anything negative or even question Apple. You did this just to troll"

@Dolby : it’s possibly a difference in memory management between the operating systems , to do with deep sleep. Once the apps are launched the difference in processing power should be more apparent.

This is a decent answer.

Thanks

Yep, recommended to never completely close apps. iOS is very good at managing apps in the background.

Well you have a history of trolling Apple threads. Not?
Wild accusation? Nope this is the internet, anything is possible. Just my theory.
