A week with Apple ...

But how? But saying something isn’t as great as it is?

I don’t need what is so wrong with saying ‘I expected more in terms of hardware & software’

In any other product that doesn’t involve Apple, there’s no issue. But because it’s Apple people hate it
What I'm saying is that you've made your views known and been heard. So what use you keep banging on the same drum? Apple users seem happy with their lot. So are the Samsung users who think their phone is the best. But then you seem to have it in for Apple at least you're not as rabid as marine1 or bsb.

Because I say ‘cool. We’re done’ and someone comes along and says ‘hang on! You’re doing it wrong …’

I don’t.

I expected more.

Didn’t Tim Cook say Androids can’t compete with the A13? That makes one think they’re missing out.

Have you have swapped platforms and adopted the latest Android yet? Or are you just going on what you think and the marketing put out?

Not as a daily driver.

I'm too embedded in the Apple ecosystem now.

Highly unlikely that there is anything Android can offer that would encourage me to switch.

Nope

As I keep telling you, YOU are the one with the unrealistic expectations - rest of us are quite happy with our 'slow' best of breed idevices.

Again, you are the one buying his hype - he's the CEO of Apple (and a Yank to boot) - what do think he's going to say?

"Uh yeah, I guess the A13 is ok and outperforms Huawei/Samsung//Google/Oppo/Xiaomi Android in synthetic benchmarks but Takealot, FNB, Alexa, and YouTube opens faster from cold start on the 3 year old Huawei "

Get real Dolby.

Oh please, stop playing the innocent victim here, if you are really 'done' then ignore what other's say and move on, or are you worried that you are really wrong and still need to convince the world you are not.

Your research was flawed and you fell for the reviews and marketing hype - learn from that and do better research next time.

You now have buyers remorse by the look of it - that is on you, nobody here can help you and even if you somehow convince everyone here you are 'right' or everyone just grows so tired of this ongoing soap opera that they just agree to stop it, it will not change the way you feel about it.

Or, you are trolling.

Or, you just love the attention.

Everyone here said at some point Apple, like everyone else, is not perfect.

Most of us here have done our research and are OK with our choices, even if it means it is not the fastest or best at some of what it does, and even if it meant adapting workflows.

Most of us here are also not married to Apple or any other tech and are quite happy to change tech if it suits us, but do proper research and have realistic expectations, and are users of different technologies even if it is not necessarily Android.

And with that I am done since I believe you have issues - you will now get an example of when someone is 'done' too.

Good luck.

I bought an iPhone 13 Pro & iPhone 13 Mini, as well as Apple TV 4K. I started to use the Apple apps (Mail, Maps, Calendar etc) and subscribed Apple services (iCloud, Apple Music, Apple TV+)

I even changed my watch to something more ‘Apple friendly’ (though I couldn’t handle the battery life on an Apple Watch, so I went Garmin)

Based on what I’ve used before, I truly do not see anything being many years ahead of the competition - both hardware & software.

I’m sorry to say it - but as much as it’s a great phone, there are irritations and times I can’t even see the gap from an old Android to this.

It is, obviously, opinion based on what you use and value - but as I’ve said before, I had a greater expectation in moving from a 3 year old Android to the latest iPhone.

I see the problem. You're short a Macbook. Grab one ASAP and it'll all sort itself out.

Lol.

Geez I’ve never seen anyone get as triggered as you guys over ‘I expected more’

It’s pretty damn interesting to see how fragile some egos are

Nobody is trigger or fragile about anything.

We are just very very tired of hearing the same kak over and over again when we’ve clearly illustrated in doesn’t matter in our reality.

Your entire narrative is only your own and the fact that nobody else supports it seems to be your biggest issue.

Ok - every one done?

Nope still need to draw you out a little further, how can you say you don’t like iPhones when you don’t even own a MacBook, are you for real bro???!

Anyone with Instagram want to try something?

Press the bottom Reels & then Canera at the top. The menu comes up with speed, length, effects etc.

When pressing ‘effects’ - it instantly closes the app.

Curious if anyone else experiences?
