I have a BIG problem...

A Telkom technician fixed a neighbour's line, and in the process RIPPED our line out the little blue box...

He says WE have to report a FAULT FIRST etc...

There was a document that was advertised on the forum that has contact numbers of the various people in charge of whatever region/exchanges etc.

I am desperately looking for the document, because the issue is quite bad... (If I remember correctly, it was an excel document)

If ANYONE could assist me, I would be absolutely grateful, and pronounce them King.

No.

Remember when there was "leaked" telkom documents advertised on the Forum...

Things like the ex CEO's contract, Investor info etc. One of the documents a forumite had was contact numbers of the various people in carge of regions...

It was an excel document. There was a guy who is in charge of my area, I need to speak to...

Thanks for the replies...

"By the way can I have unshaped, uncapped saix?"

Other than that complain, request, complain about request not followed through, complain....

Just think I won't "abuse" it will still go the old 0800 375 375 route but, if i get crap, you can bet I will phoned the regional manager and explain my situation to him/her...
