Activating a SIM Card-------Telkom Support(bloody)Useless!!!

Hi There,

I have recently lost my 4G/LTE sim card and bought a replacement sim card at a Pep Store

to be activated when phoning Telkom Mobile support

I have phoned 081 180 (Telkom Mobile support) and keep getting the automated response that all "their"

consultants are"so called busy".

I have even tried phoning their Telkom Direct Shops, but to no avail.

WTF should I do to get some service in this GOD forsaken country we call South Africa?
