Activating an account.

Right guys its that time of the year to reactivate our DSTV account.
We tried calling multi-choice for the past 3 days on their contact number, but it doesn't help, line is engaged.
So now we tried to activate it on the internet, but lo and behold its even more complicated than it sounds, so would anyone out there be able to help me activate my DSTV account from the web? ( Steps involved )

dude i just tested by calling the cape town one and got through first time, learn how to dial a number
 
What he meant to say is, try another call centre. Does it only say line busy?
Yea, they said they are very busy and caller number 142...
So I wanted to try the online route, even registered on their forum, but not allowed to post anything :wtf:
 
dont do it. dstv = waste of money. just get content from the web. you get what you want to watch all the time.
 
We had the same problem with the call centre. It is best to go visit a DSTV shop.
