MS Word 2016 allows you to open and convert PDF documents to MS Word format and then edit them like a normal document. You can then save back to PDF once you are done. It isn't exactly "editing" a PDF, but might be good enough for your purposes.
I've only used this in Word 2016, but it might be available in Word 2013 as well.An Office 365 subscription is the quickest and cheapest way to get access to Word 2016.
You can download a trial version, see if it works for you, and then decide if you ready to pay for it.
Alternatively, there are a number of free websites that will covert from PDF to Word format for you. Lots of dodgy ones out there too, so be careful. Also, you might not want to be uploading sensitive company info to a a 3rd party server. Who knows what they will do with your info. Free services are often monetized in other ways that you might not be comfortable with.
