ADSL D-Day

OK so this is the final update (I hope!)

SO I went to my local telkom shop last night and all my problems have been sorted out!

So my question is (to myself) why did I not go to the shop last week already!!! :D :D :D :D
 
Just keep tabs, because Telkom will probably bill you for ADSL usage, even though you was unable to use your ADSL... :rolleyes:
 
Accounts should give your money back for down time.......i think..... i will find out later

after being on the line for 30min waiting (I couldn’t remember the speed dial :( )
she pretty lady told me that u do get your money back for downtime. it is done automatically but if it doesn’t. call the accounts and they will gladly do it for u
