ADSL dead - anyone else?

Our ADSL just died in Centurion. Our ADSL lines died (hence not our ISP).

Anyone else?

Mine died too in KZN and a friends too. Telkom must have done a reset or something because mine is back.

Across the board, ADSL just went down everywhere.

My ADSL on openweb is still up in Bellville North, using Openweb, however I have seen major drop in traffic levels on IS's and M-Web's CINX/JINX links.


Thinking it is a Telkom ADSL outage.

EDIT: One of our lines has come back, other one still not authenticating.

I get sync, I get verifying username and password but then it fails on that section on all my isp's.

Was down for me on MWEB in Newlands (CT) but came up a few seconds ago. I reset my DNS from Unotelly's to MWEB's, not sure if that made a difference.

Both Mweb ADSL and SAIX ADSL account just went down, lines are fine.

yep our Mweb ADSL also died in Randpark Ridge in Gauteng for about 10 minutes, The ADSL line showed it was still connected though.


Very strange
