ADSL Decision

Egad

Have the same problem , looking for a new ISP , but I want uncapped. and its down to Webafrica & Axxess. Crystal was upfront that what I was looking was they could not do , so respect for that. But am still looking for a ISP that will let me do 500 gigs on a 10 meg business uncapped, without the threat of throttling or shapping when I touch a torrent.

We can do this for you on business premium uncapped. No matter which ISP you opt for you'll be looking at the top of the range business products to provision an account with as close to zero risk of network management. No ISP will guarantee it without the purchase of an SLA, but in our case on that product it would only ever happen with a network failure that impacts your connection during that time...

Hi

Thank you.

Alright , and your normal business uncapped , trully unshapped after hours (10pm to 6am) within reason ?

Getting excited here , you guys might just be exaclty what I am looking for , I read the below on your business unacpped

"Crystal Web Standard Business Uncapped is a fantastic internet account for small and growing businesses. With speeds up to 40Mbps, it also offers a low entry point for businesses wishing to upgrade their speeds substantially without having to fork out thousands of Rands per month. Shaping is applied to peer to peer and NNTP protocols in peak hours, and unshaped thereafter."

Which is perfect , durring the day(peak) , all I want to do is resarch , maybe watch somthing on youtube etc. After peak , I would get to donwload till 6.

With no fear of going over my 1400 budget.

Sounds amazing. Just finished chatting to one of your online support guys.

Will be sigining up next month.

Thank you for your assistance, no longer need the coin

Have ya been on holiday? :)

Nope. I'm not afforded those luxuries. My perks are 7 day work-weeks, 18 hour days, and I'm allowed out for supervised walks every second Tuesday between 03:00 and 04:00 GMT+7.5...

:D hehehe. Btw I signed up to the test account. Chat Guy came online at about 23:55pm, and was professional and very patient running through the tests etc.

I was very impressed to see a support Guy come online at that time. Pretty good that DJ :)

Woah! Deja vu.

Woah! Deja vu...

We've discovered that it just costs that little bit more per month to offer really premium quality data and service. So having those extra people available on chat and email; buying more capacity than others and incredibly expensive hardware and software; employing highly skilled people; offering premium quality news servers with 2000+ days retention and up to 10 connections; unlimited concurrent on capped; no throttling; truly dynamic shaping; supporting Vumatel, DSL, Telkom Fibre, Octotel, TTConnect and all other last mile providers and deploying our own solutions as well. If all we did was try to price-match everyone else and reduce pricing without relevant input cost reductions, we'd eventually just have to start lowering the quality to end users like we see other ISPs do quite frequently and cyclically and spend ages feeding you nonsense denials. We don't like that business model - we'd rather be slightly more expensive and operate a quality network without all of the BS...

Hi DJ

That was some awesome explanation, not many ISP will be this forward to what they offer and why the price etc.

Thumbs up!!!

Key

When browsing, takes forever to load the website and doesn't load completely, some pics don't even load. Whilst watching videos on YouTube, it's ridiculously slow to load. Downloading study material from Unisa takes forever, even though the files on average are about 10mb.

The last time I reached the soft cap of 200gb is probably last year May/June.

Hi Jatman

Please PM me your MWEB account info and I'll do a thorough investigation into your connection experience.

How do you connect to the router?

Do you run downloads in the background?

You the only one using the internet when Gaming/streaming?

Are you on the right threshold package for your household needs and is it a Standard or premium package?

When logged into MyAccount and it states there you throttled, then you throttled. If it does not say that then not throttled.
