ADSL problems frustrate users

Amazing this problem started for me on Sunday Morning.... I phoned countsperm @ 06:32 and got the infamous All our operators are currently busy.... 06:32???? and the sod on the other end of the line kept on trying to convince me it's my modem that's being rejected by the PC? WTF????????? WTF?????????? WTF?????????????? why now? Why suddenly? the modem beeing rejected by the pc.......... I'm going slightly mad.... I did see in the call log though it says:

"Customer is extremely Irate."

and that's a understament........................... :)
 
I doubt it would be possible and would probably take 5 years to see results like every other thing that touchs the Telecomunications industry in this country. But it would be Oh so sweet to finally have Telkom hit where it hurts by the little guys :D and get some real results out of them. Not like the ICASA who they can just ignore or pay off or both.

True and I suppose where Telkom would win is by claiming its a "best effort" service.
