ADSL problems

I'm going to scream. Of all times it has to be now. Bunch. of. idiots.
Really! Thinks do break occasionally. The question is how fast do they fix it, if it is within their power to do so.

I had intermittent failure on my ADSL/phone line. Noise making communication almost impossible.
I logged the fault on Wed at about 20:00 via the web-site. Around midnight I got an SMS confirmation. The day after, Thu, technicians turned up at the premise, checked the line and found that the fault is in the underground cable from the distributions box to the exchange. Another SMS that they were on it. Fri at about 14:00 I got a call from the technician that they has fixed the problem.
I am quite happy with the way they fixed the problem.
