I think it's a great car, but I would never buy a Mercedes. They have the worst customer service of any luxury car brand in this country.

The service I received from NMI when Merc built Hondas locally was impeccable. I would buy a Merc.

I've mentioned this before...
Problem is that both merc and BMW book too many cars for service and they cannot give you that personal touch.
The one reason I will buy an Audi again is the excellent after sales service I got there, mainly because they book very few cars in per day.

BMW was much better than Merc in my experience
