Advice with ABSA

Hi Guys, I need help. I called ABSA in the second week of December, to negotiate the interest rate of my personal loan. The consultant advised she will log a query for me and get back to me. Nobody called me, neither did my interest rate change. ABSA did however changed my debit order date from the 25th to the 24th. I called the call centre numerous times and have been put through so many departments, because no one can seem to change the debit order date back or find the query about the interest rate. I have put up a Hello peter comment and facebook post, but still no feedback. Any advice on what I can do now?
 
As a FSP they are bound by law to give you the required advises even if the response is negative. Their Web even gives a time frame which is exceeded.
 
Hi guys, just a follow up. After complaining on Facebook many times. They changed my debit order date. However the interest part is still ongoing. I lost hope with that.
